About US
The Canyon High School Band is located in the Comal Independent School District in New Braunfels, TX. A competitive 6A band program located on the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin, the CHS band program is comprised of more than 225 students enrolled in 4 concert bands, a marching band divided into different levels of placement, a jazz band, multiple winter guards, multiple percussion ensembles, a steel drum band, multiple chamber ensembles, applied music, and AP Music Theory curriculum.
A perennial UIL Sweepstakes award-winning program, the Canyon High School Band is proud to offer students a comprehensive music education. Whether on the football field, the concert stage, or the rehearsal hall, the Canyon Band strives for excellence at all times.
